Assertiveness & Influencing Master-skills (AIM)

This program helps build influencing skills, were participants will learn how to plan their influencing strategies, and apply assertive communication techniques in their day-to-day work so as to achieve maximum results both at work and in sales. The program will also cover how to influence key stakeholders (customers, bosses, peers etc.) at work effectively and avoid some common communication pitfalls.
