LEAP is a Impactful intervention to assess the leadership capability of an organisation ( through research-based instrumentation ) so that acceleration work can be done to bridge the competency gaps.

This powerful 2 1/2-day program with after program one-to-one coaching for all participants is used and endorsed by many organisations such as REDtone Telecommunications, Prudential Fund Management, Great Eastern Life, The Sunway Group and OPUS Group. The value-add of this program is not just the research-based contents, but the "live" data collected and the personalised coaching given based on the data feedback. Many of the organisations have used this program to develop leaders, identify talents, bridge competencies’ gap as well as for Succession Planning exercise.

LEAP can be used for other HR interventions such as Talent Identification and Change Alignment.

Content

This leadership program is based on Daniel Goleman's EQ model, as well as the Six Seconds model. The program covers essential EQ skills that leaders need to have in order to bring about resonance within themselves, and in managing others. A highlight of the program is the EQ Assessment Report (using Harrison Assessments Tool) that gives participants a comprehensive feedback on their EQ Leadership competencies.

This program will benefit leaders of organisations by enhancing their Emotional Intelligence and Organisational Awareness competencies. Through the use of EQ assessment tools, leaders will be able to be more self-aware of their emotional triggers and tendencies, and manage them appropriately. Managers and leaders will be well equipped to handle challenges and stress that comes from managing people at work, and be able to make good EQ-Able decisions.

Possible Targeted Audience: Managers and Senior Leaders

Our specially designed program introduces participants to the “big picture” of being an engaging leader with strategic mindset to manage the different generations and diverse workforce, especially the Gen-X and Gen-Y. Participants and managers learn how to break old paradigms and embrace new paradigms of leadership in today's multi-generation work environment.
